Prior to some recent trials, I had been reluctant to order something which only comes in one width typically listed as Medium if listed at all. Most of the current sandals are easily wide enough to accommodate my usually X to XX-Wide feet (4E to 6E depending on the shoe/brand).These particular Camel Crown sandals are a perfect fit. I’m diabetic and have various foot issues including hammer toes and a partial amputation of the big toe on one foot, a fully amputated pinky toe on the other, and sometimes bad neuropathy in both. Plus, one foot is now at least a full-size shorter than the other, which makes finding a single pair which really works for both a good trick. These shoes do that magic. The straps at the rear keep my heels and arches where they belong. The toe shield is just enough for protection without feeling like the whole foot is enclosed, these sandals on the whole feel very open and light. The toe area has enough coverage in the right areas to hide the more unsightly bits. The contour of the footbed and sole is like a lot of this general style, comfortable and flexible, but supportive. I have some severe back issues and these shoes clearly make a difference walking in them. When not on my feet, it’s also easy to forget I’m wearing them, so I’m in no hurry to take them off, which I usually want to do as soon as I can if shoes aren’t needed.They seem very well put together and I hope they last a while. The straps are a heavy gauge nylon like a dog leash, with strong velcro, and the whole upper is just a bit stretchy and softly padded so there nothing to rub you the wrong way. If I lived somewhere I could wear them all year I most certainly would!

I really like these shoes. They are comfortable and provide toe protection, which I need for work. They dry out quickly which I also need since I work outdoors in Florida in a garden shop. The soles are tough, not much cushion, but comfortable. I normally wear a woman's size 8.5 to 9. I got the men's size 7 and they fit perfectly. The gray is more of a blue-gray.

These sandals are great. Look is polished. The strap though is an inch too long, hence one less star

I purchased the mens because I have wide feet. Fit perfectly, durable in and out of the water and very comfortable

These are so comfortable I use them for more than the river, but as river shoes they’re my first choice. They swim well with toe protection, protection that also helps debris from getting into the foot area, but large enough openings to get rid of any pretty easily. Good to for my 7 mile bike shuttle on a packed dirt path often with sticks and branches…, making open toe sandals a no-go. Excellent camp shoe/river crossings and even short duration hikers for those looking for something to clip on the backpack….! I’m very pleased, I just ordered a second pair :-)Note: I normally wear 10 1/2 shoes and these sandals in size 10 are a very good fit (for my feet).

For the money, these are the most comfortable, durable, and you'll never stub your toe. Good for any outdoor activity, and your feet are good for the whole day.

Last pair used almost 3 years. Recommended

Très confortable pour les longues marche...Plusieurs heures pas mal au pied et reste solide. J' au prie des 8 parfaitement ajuster pour moi et abitellement je chausse 8.5.

It is really good for walking, feels comfortable, safe even on wet surfaces (tried on a rainy day).Just the strap behind, it's bit tricky at first.
