GreenLifeArtisan Healthy Ceramic Nonstick, Saute Pan with Lid, 5QT, Turquoise

I was a bit worried by the size of this large sauce pan when I first unboxed it because I didn’t think all of the contents cooking within it would cook evenly because the eye of the stove is so much smaller than the size of the pan. But I was pleasantly surprised by how evenly everything cooked. I’m not sure how it does it, but it does it! Something about the material possibly ensures that it conducts heat evenly and thoroughly across the pan’s wide breadth. I’m still a little scared about scratching the surface. Being very careful and only using silicone utensils.

This is my 4th addition of the GreenLife healthy pans - I am so happy with my choice which was recommended to my by my family. Things have come a long way, and we are more aware of things such as chemicals that are used in teflon, etc.....not only a great, very easy to clean pan, but safe to cook with :)

There are many things I dont like about this pan.1. Very thin aluminum- will not give you good heat distribution2. Sticker on inside of new pan says "use on med or low heat"3. cheap paint on the outside scuffs, scratches and chipsThere are more reasons... this should be enough.(better than T-fal products)(nowhere near as good as kitchen aid)

Love this family size skillet for skillet meals that have lots of ingredients.

Love these pans when we first got them. As I’ve used them daily the ceramic in certain areas have started to wear down. It isn’t a huge deal just that it isn’t super nonstick any longer. Still overall a great pan, just needs to be soaked before washing it clean after using.
