I'm not particularly eager to write bad reviews, but this Seller and his attitude make me warn others not to order this and fall for the wrong product.I know what the rolling pin or Turkish Oklava is and what this should look like and what they sent is a bent stick with a long crack all across. Not to mention that you can get a splinter from the wood chipping at the ends of the roller pin because they have not polished it properly. Oklava is so bent that you can't even roll the dough, it keeps on flipping, it is quite a joke.When I sent in the pictures to show the issue, they responded:" that the parts that have appeared on the tree are the situations arising from the naturalness of the tree. It is especially so because the wood is processed naturally and has not undergone any fabrication process. I think that it is crooked due to a heavy load on the road, if you hold it for a while with a load in the opposite direction, it will go back to its original state." That is a JOKE. Their claim about the faulty product is totally inaccurate. I requested replacement and never got one. When I asked where my replacement is they kept on asking me to trace it even though I never got tracking info.

This is not a rolling pin. This is a small bent stick with flat edges that keep it from rolling. First time I've been scammed on Amazon.
