Long ago these biscuits used to be given to the famed Greek Bacchus as an offering. This natural bourbon vanilla flavored rolled wafer is known today as a delicacy from the Cathar town of Albi in South Western France. It's been baked in this area for over a 150 years. It has been baked by Maison Bruyère for over three generations. This family business uses only natural premium ingredients and carries on a unique savoir-faire in the production of baked goods.
