Q: just curious.. does it come w something that hooks into the top part of it or string or something or do we provide that ourselves?

The ones I buy don't have a way to hook them to anything. The caps on each end aren't that secure. I either stand mine on a flat surface or lay them down horizontally. In this picture they appear to have a hook thing at the top. Mine don't. If you are ingenious enough you can probably figure out a way to do it I suppose. Sorry I couldn't be more help.

Q: Put in your info about product that it can attract birds and they get stuck to it. This should be for indoor use only?

I had a small bird get wrapped around stuck tight to one of these in my chicken coop. It worked great but I won’t use them in there again

Q: I thought these were for wasp?

You might by chance have a wasp fly on it and get stuck yet it is for catching flies. I found that if I did not place it in a good place like a window the flies did not get caught. It did though do a great job once I had it in the right location. So if you are getting it for flies it will work. I think there are other traps for wasp that attract them and it is usually like a jar or container they fly into, not stick to.

Q: Do these attract stable flies?

I have mine hanging in a large (20×20) chicken yard. I catch so many bitting flies that I have to change it e ery 3 days. I love these.
