The Brand "Dell" proves all the time

Steal deal at this price
This is a very good buy, it gives you a decent 11th gen i5 chip with 4 cores with base freq. 2.40 GHz (max freq 4.20). If you're going to use it for business purpose (coding and multiple chrome tabs), might get the ram upgraded to it's full capacity (16 GB). Otherwise 8 GB is cool for personal use.Just be aware that only if you're lucky enough, you'll get the backlit keyboard and fingerprint scanner. Sadly, I didn't get any of these with my buy.Furthermore it has Intel® Iris® Xe Graphics which is inbuilt on the chip and is actually better than the dedicated entry level graphics provided by NVIDIA. The system under normal load uses the on chip graphics only.Make sure to get the factory image of the system first in your external HDD or USB before connecting to internet during initial setup. It'll be helpful when you least expect it to be ;)If you're in confusion over HP and Dell, go to Dell, it'll give comparatively less heating and battery issues in the near future.

Faulty product, serious system issues, DO NOT PURCHASE
After being a user of Dell products for more than 2 decades, this laptop is the worst experience of any product I have purchased on Amazon. Within a week, the laptop started giving display errors, freezing screen and constant issues of having to restart. Then within 2 months, the display stopped completely and then began the never ending calling of customer service and engineers coming after 1-2 weeks. The motherboard was replaced 2 times, but each time after a day, the same issues come back. Laptop will not start, power supply light on, no power to the system. V V frustrating to have my work disrupted now for more than 2 months. Had made the complaint to Dell on 6th Nov, and still the issue has not been resolved.DO NOT PURCHASE THIS LAPTOP AT ANY COST.

Beware of optional features.
No issues with laptop. But beware of the optional features like backlit keyboard and the fingerprint scanner! They don't come with the original order! And Amazon puts its hands up in this matter too!If you're very lucky, you'll get the model with the optional features. Otherwise, it is without them. I suffered in this matter and bought it looking at customer images and reviews. Seems, they were just "lucky"Otherwise, the laptop and other features are great.

Its Cheap Quality Product Dell have made
I bought it 2 times one time replacement in the product.. Dell Technical support told me to replace motherboard due to Not working audio Jack in the system. Amazon technical person guided me in wrong direction due to him my return was rejected. They told me its just software related issue. It will be solved. But return date was already over so they denied. & I am using Faulty product 2 times.. This is worst experience ever for buying laptop online. My genuine opinionis that don't buy laptop online.. They are totally faulty or product they sold. I lost almost 67k.
