These toothpaste is very good. It is not as spice as regular toothpaste. It leaves you a great fresh cent but as strong as regular toothpaste. It helps and protects your teeth and gums.

This tooth paste works for teeth sensitivity. I no longer have tooth sensitivity, and have continued to use to keep it that way. Great taste and my mouth is left feeling fresh. I purchased the 4 pack for its a great value for size.
