Worth the price. Easy to assemble and looks nice.

It's a more of a decoration than even a lamp given little light it puts out. Screwing it together takes about 20-25min including time unboxing carefully and figuring it out. Construction is very low quality cheap particle board. I highly doubt those shelves can hold much weight at all.
