ErgodyneChill-Its 6634 Cooling Headband, Sports Headbands for Men and Women, Moisture Wicking

I have used Ergodyne products for some time. Most notably their “wraps” for your neck. (Just bought some more!) This headband is great under my baseball cap when I’m working outside, whether it be working on the house or in the yard.I’m not sure what some people may be expecting with these wraps and headbands. They are intended to help keep you comfortable while out in the heat. No…they won’t stay cool themselves. But they can make a huge difference in keeping you a little bit more comfortable. When they get dry, it’s a sign you need to re-wet them; I always have a spray bottle handy to do that. Plain and simple. They don’t stay cool, but they keep you a bit cooler by retaining the dampness against your skin.I work outside for a few hours several times a week here in FL, and during Summer these days the heat index can be over 100 even in the early evening. These, along with a mister and a lot of water to drink (and sometimes a big industrial fan when there’s no wind), are a huge help. The high humidity can make the dampness in these evaporate after a few hours, so I make sure to re-wet them when I need to.

I bought a few of these for my grand kids ball games this past summer. If you pour water on them they are very cooling, the colder the water the more cool. They last about an hour or so before needing re drenched. they worked so well parents bought more for their kids to use under their hats in the field.

I work in a kitchen so it's fairly warm and I'm a naturally sweaty person so I usually wear sweatbands under my hair net this one doesn't exactly have a cooling effect but it is by far the most absorbent sweatband I have ever owned and I love how lightweight it is

Great to hold hair back and helped stay cool but there are better cooking products on the market but the head band makes it helpful. Purchased to use abd give to active people before I realized they were OK but not amazing

These headbands work very well. Often I just wrap them around my neck--it looks like a scarf and really keeps me cool during light exercise or a hot day. I bought 4 colors.

Exactly what I needed! When you first get the package, it looks small and insignificant But it is what makes it great, I’m a woman with long hair so it keeps the flyaways put while I have my construction hat on, also with how simple it looked, I didn’t think it would keep my head cool when wet, but I was wrong! When wet it keeps my forehead nice and cool would highly recommend!

This is just a regular cheaply constructed head band. If you soak it in water it will cool your head for a few minutes...like any headband or bandana would if you soaked it in water. Do not buy this product if you are getting it for relief from hot weather. I just tried it. It doesn't work well. Spend a buck on a bandana and soak it in water. It may actually work better.

I ordered this because it's almost hunting season and as a trail runner, I need to have some bright orange on me. Tried it out this weekend and I'll be ordering 2-3 more. Some reviews say it's lose but I'll just say it's not tight. I don't have a headache after wearing this. It absorbed my sweat and wrung out nicely. So while I ordered this specifically for hunting season, I'll be buying more to wear the rest of the year. And you truly can't beat the price.

This is made from a very nice, lightweight fabric, is easy to moisten with cool water, keeps hair and sweat away from my face /eyes and fits well under my bike helmet. Most importantly, it does keep me cool during sports activities - plus it dries quickly after using it. Highly recommend!

Misleading product, it doesn’t “cool” and it’s bright neon orange, not like in the picture.

The headband felt a bit too loose for my big head - (Maybe the angle of my strange forehead didn't help).It absorbed some perspiration but didn't really help me cool down as much as I was expecting. If you prefer a tighter fitting sweatband, go for a head tie instead.
