Q: How long can this stretch out to be when assembled?

I used about half the balloons and it was easily 10-12ft

Q: How far in advance can I make this? (Not using helium)

I inflated the balloons on Friday my event was on Sunday....so at least two days. There's plenty of YouTube videos that could give you more info.

Q: How long in advance can you blow up the balloons with air not helium?

We used an air machine and by mouth, with a total of 3 it took us around 2hrs just to blow all the balloons. It took a total of 4hrs to put the arch up total.

Q: Do the balloons pop easily?

The balloons will not pop easily as long as you don't overinflate it. They are great quality.
