TP-Link hasn't been a favourite company. Tech support is poor and they do everything to avoid honouring their warranty. Keep that in mind when buying TP-Link products. In this case, warranty and tech support doesn't apply as this is a "refurbished" device sold by a third party.As for this adapter, it seems to work well. I recently moved to a place where broadband is included. They already had TP-Link PLC networking, but the signal was far too weak to reach my room. I purchased this adapter to add to the network and extend the range. So far it is working okay. I don't use the WiFi feature. I connect to the Ethernet port on the adapter.
