We expect this to be very handy in the kitchen and for a variety of uses. It is a thin silicone sheet that is printed as illustrated here, providing a very useful reference for measurements and diameters.The contrast of the printed letters is not as sharp as shown in the illustrations here on Amazon. The silicone is translucent and does not provide a perfectly contrasting background in order for the letters to be perfectly read. I give it 4-stars rather than 5-stars for that reason.Overall though it's very nice and we expect it to be quite useful. When not in use it rolls up and takes very little space in one of our kitchen drawers.The seller of this pastry mat, 'Maxloca', is fairly new on Amazon, and at the time of writing this review they are only offering two products on Amazon. Their customer feedback is very limited number so far.If I find that this pastry mat does not prove to be durable over time, or if I think of any other points worth mentioning here, I will return and update this review accordingly.I received a sample of this pastry mat, at no cost from the seller and for the purpose of review, and I have no affiliation with either the seller, or Amazon.
