Q: Does brass fitting that screws into small hole come with this shut off valve?

I don't know, My husband put it on our Fordson Dexta Tractor and it fits.

Q: Does this item include the screen filter as well. Based on itemized parts breakdown and part number it should but that is not clear from the pictures.

I believe I placed a review on this item months ago and should have waited for a while to see how the item performed . For some reason the valve was allowing excess fuel to be dumped into the cylinders and the Diesel tractor was putting out a lot of black smoke . It was also allowing leakage by the primer . I would come out after the tractor was sitting for a while and Diesel fuel was on the floor or ground . I replaced that valve with a Brass shut off , With the filter screen and the Fordson is running perfect again . No , This valve has no filter screen .
