Brooks Mens Spartan Pants

Was looking for a new set of winter running pants to replace my old North Face ones and these so far are a great alternative. They're not as warm without having a heavier lining in them but adjusting my base-layer underneath has accommodated the shift just fine. Have only been through 3/4 of the winter season with them so far but I'm pleased with how they're holding up and the pockets are nice for gloves.

This is the third pair of these pants I’ve bought. Nobody makes pants with the same quality as Brooks. Look for them on sale.

I have an older pair of Brooks Men's Spartan Pants in size large that I use for cycling. The new pair of their Spartan Pants I just received is also a large yet is significantly smaller (several inches shorter & much snugger in the waist & calves - see photo) than the original pair. I normally take a large in most clothes but these feel more like a medium frankly. They do appear to be well made but sadly I'm having to return them.

Great pants with styling and comfort. I use them for daily activity.

I have had previous versions of this pant which fit me much better. But, the inseam. Length at 29" is perfect for me.They seem to fit properly around the waistband and also in the length. There are no reflective elements, such as the leg zippers etc. The octets are a decent size. Since I paid about 1/2 of retail price I got a decent deal.
