I am able to control my fan using app and Alexa both. Customer support is nice and resolved my query very fast.

Works well when connected to a router.In their app there is an option for schedule.We can schedule the fan to turn on/ off or change speed at any time.That feature is awesome.

The device work with the Swyam app but does not work with Alexa. Keep getting disconnected after every 15 mins. Tried multiple reconnect but no luck. Will return it.

Very innovative design which perfectly suits the need. I am able to control the fan speed using their app "Swyam". The manual switch to on/off the fan is also working as expected. I also checked the alexa support (from phone), that is also working smoothly. Since i have a google home device, so waiting for the google home support, for which they said, they are already working on it. One more thing that i liked very much is their customer support. You can contact on their whatsapp no. They respond within minutes and are very supportive.Overall a good product and working as expected. I found it very useful during changing weather condition, when fan speed needs to be adjusted frequently.
