It's OK, pieces fit fine, but the whole structure is way too easy to break apart and the train is very noisy when moving as the track has small bumps to give the traction, Small pieces like trees, bridges don't hold well together. The only good thing about this set - is it's customization. With 'buy 1 get 1 free promotion' from ToysRUs and the third one I've got from Amazon it's possible to build a complex track with lots of turns and height difference.

I put it on some plywood with green felt and my Great grandchild went crazy over it we loved it

Easy to assemble

We have tried 4 sets of the Happy Valley Train Track Set and love each one.My daughter loves trains, she obsesses over them. I was very on the fence when trying to decide if I should buy ANOTHER train set, let alone a couple MORE. But, my husband and mother convinced me to add to the collection and I am so glad that I did. My daughter is autistic and has many sensory needs as well. Other sets similar to this were very flashy and over the top with colors, lights, and sounds. She never played with those sets and ultimately they were given to my nephew. This set is relatively plain in comparison. But, there is still plenty to do and play with and isn't as over stimulating for her as other brands, and my daughter loves it. We ended up buying a couple of these sets and linking them together and it lead to almost a solid hour of giggling watching the little train zoom around the track. Occasionally the train picked up a little too much speed and derailed, but that just brought on more giggling. This is her first train that goes by itself and she couldn't be more in love with it! She plays with the tracks several times a day and even sleeps with the little train. I am so thankful that I had the opportunity to review this product at a discount in exchange for my honest opinion.The tracks are all easy to set up and take down. I love how easy it was to connect the sets together and make a big track!

i recieved at a discount for my honest review. when i first pulled the pieces out of the box i was not impressed. they are made out of thin plastic and i worried about them breaking easily. i also have thick carpet and figured we'd have to put it on a table for it to stay together.my 4 year old put it together on the floor fairly easily. one downfall is there are no instructions of any kind. had to refer to the picture on the box to figure out where the pieces went. once put together the little train zoomed around the track with no problem. it didn't get caught up on any joints and it made my daughter laugh. the pieces held together well, even on my thick carpet.
