I've used this on several occasions and does exactly what it's supposed to do. Sound quality is great.... unless you keep it in a pocket and it picks up the fabric rubbing against it. That's not at all a dealbreaker for me because I don't need to be covert with it, just had it in my pocket for convenience.

Unfortunately, Amazon's carrier, OnTrac, never delivered the product!! I don't know who they delivered it to, but it wasn't us. The vendor shipped us a replacement recorder, which we received today. IT IS AWESOME!! Great playback. No plastic. Does what we needed it for. I would recomend this little recorder to anyone who wants very clear play-back at an incredible price.

I purchased this item in January, and it worked good. However, It has stopped working. it didn't turn on, and I have attempted to charge with multiple cords and wall chargers, but anything works! It is just garbage! Thanks amazon for sold me this kind of trash!

Really easy to use, and transfers data well and easy

I bought this thinking it would be a decent recorder. It is not. Every recording whether close up or far away sounds like its in a tunnel. Don't be fooled by those things sticking out that looks like 2 mics, they are not. The manufacturer put them there to look like the more expensive and better recorders. Now, if your not concerned about quality recording as I am, then this may be ok for you. Lastly, the recordings are not smooth, the volume goes up and down and sounds terrible on play back.. NOTE: I tested this on all settings and there was no improvement at all. In other words, the settings are useless.

Quite affordable and remarkably useful for conducting focus groups ranging from small (6 people around one table) to large (11 people around multiple adjoined tables). The quality was far superior to an older recorder, an iTouch, or an iPhone. It's also fairly straight-forward to operate and has substantial memory. It arrives in a nice, solid box that I use as its case when traveling or when not in use.One small quibble: the instructions are a bit cryptic and are somewhat crammed on a small fold-out booklet. More effort on compiling a more user-friendly users' manual might be beneficial.
