I really like the product itself. This garlic powder has a very nice flavor and is ground more finely than any other I have ever used. Very nice. What is not so nice is the battle I use go through every time I want to get to the powder. The tin is extremely difficult to open. I saw the instructions and I understand them, but it really just doesn't work well. They simply need a different container. I probably won't order this again; I don't need the aggravation.

Good flavor, but take note... it is a powder, not a granular garlic. That means it is very hard to dissolve in liquid, and clumps up. My suggestion is to dissolve it in a small amount of oil, before adding to liquids.

Product is great. Although I could not figure how to get the top off. I transferred it to other containers.

I love how finely ground this garlic powder turned out to be. I've used it in several dishes and the flavor is definitely better than generic powder I have purchased in the past. It's pretty comparable to some organic brand spices I have purchased so I'm not sure I would purchase this brand over the supermarket organics.

It should be noted that I did receive this item at a discount for an honest review. However, this fact did not alter my opinion in any manner.Used this today cooking a pork roast. It turned out great. The smell is perfect. I personally love the smell of garlic.Highly recommend!
