Not a great fit
I thought these were going to be the earplugs I liked best due to their size. However, I was never able to get them to do much in the way of cancelling noise. Perhaps my ear canals aren’t as small as I thought. I tried two others (ultra soft and thermasoft) and I felt I couldn’t get any of them in my ears like the pictures described and all three stuck out further than my ear, so it was a bit uncomfortable. I tried each a few nights in a row in only the one ear facing up with the pillow buffering the rest of the noises (snoring husband and occasional airplanes) since I was nervous about damaging my eardrums (warning on package). I chose not to use any after trying them out, because I thought my ears seemed a little clogged (felt like they needed to pop like on a plane ride) the next morning. In order of what I thought worked best (all Mack’s):1. Thermasoft (though they weren’t the softest, they seemed to work the best) Muffled sounds, but could still hear some snoring. Didn’t hear the birds outside at 4:00 am in the morning.2. Ultrasoft (were soft, but didn’t work as well as above - heard more snoring)3. Dream Girl (didn’t do much at all for me)I’d like to learn more about how to fit them properly and how to avoid any damage before I’d try again.

good
it's a little bit small, but fit my ear though, it's soft and comfortable to wear, can reduce 80% noise, and the price is reasonable, I like it!

doesn't reduce noise much
Plugs didn't block out much noise for me. They are small enough that if you try to really stuff them in your ear it can be a little difficult to get them out. Even then, they didn't reduce the noise level much.

Great if you have small ear canals
Don't buy the purple earplugs; these work much better if you have small ear canals. I bought both and can't use the purple ones. These go in and stay in.

Good Product/Bad Price
I should have read the specs more carefully because I would have never paid $9.99 for 3 pairs of earplugs, especially when I could have gotten 24 earplugs for $4 at Target. What a ripoff. As far as the product, I have used Mack's earplugs in the past and I do especially like these because they were designed for women and they fit very nicely.

Works great but very small
Bought these for my girlfriend, since I tend to make a bit of noise while I'm sleeping. They were small enough to fit in her ears no problem, but small does come with its own problems; they got stuck in her ears once and required needle-nose pliers to remove. As a result, we switched to a larger earplug which doesn't fit as well but won't get stuck as bad either.

These work!
These are the best ear plugs ever! They stay firmly in place- other ear plugs I've used have dislodged and popped out soon after inserting them or I wake up with one or both having disappeared! These just stay put and expand perfectly to block out noise, especially my husbands snoring. I sleep so soundly when I use these. Didn't realise using smaller ones would make such a difference. Just ordered a load more.

Schlafe besser und passen
Hallo....

Most comfortable ear plugs I've tried, but do let in a bit more noise.
More comfortable than the standard blue ones, but does let in a bit more sound. I have very narrow ear canals and larger ones hurt after a while, so I'm willing to make the compromise if the sound I'm trying to block out isn't that loud. If the noise is louder I chop off a tiny bit off the end of a blue one so it doesn't push so much against the ear entrance. Just have to be careful inserting. ie not too far.
