Vibrant Colors - Will Not Dye Skin
I purchased these to add colorant to some bath bombs I am making as Christmas gifts (I will include the recipe below). The set comes with 9 colors. I tested each one and here are my thoughts:1. When mixed with sea salts, baking soda, etc. the colors are super vibrant - when mixed with melt and pour soap base I had to use a bit more to get the desired color2. They mix well together - I used equal parts of the Turquoise and Lime to make a simply gorgeous teal color for an Ocean Breeze bath salt3. The colorant does not dye your skin - I have to admit I was super worried about this - I most certainly did not want to look like a smurf! I elbow tested first, that way if I turned blue I could hide it with a long sleeve shirt. I soaked my elbow for 15 minutes, no discoloration! Whew! Smurf crisis averted.4. They blend well with essential oils and carrier oils - I make a wet mixture to slowly sprinkle into the dry ingredients of my bath bomb to prevent the citric acid from activating - it was super important that the colorant and my other wet ingredients worked together.5. A quick note - the bottles are not labeled, no big deal because you can untwist the top to determine exactly what color it actually is, however, I opted to add a label to the front of each bottle just to make things go quicker.I highly recommend this products for all of the reasons listed above.Bath Bomb Recipe1 cup Baking Soda1/2 cup Citric Acid (purchased in grocery store canning section)1/2 cup Epsom salt (you can double the citric acid is you select not to use Epsom salt)1 tbsp Rose Witch Hazel2 tsp Essential Oil of choice3 tsp Sweet Almond or Jojoba oil1. Mix all dry ingredients together in a medium size bowl2. In a separate bowl mix all liquid ingredients together - I then place this mixture into a spray bottle, but that is optional3. Slowly add liquid mixture to dry mixture kneading with your hands every time - I use a spray bottle to do this so I can constantly mix while spraying4. Once mixture is wet enough to hold together press into mold of your choice5. I allow bath bombs to sit over night, however, they will set up within a couple of hours.

Perfect in Every Shade! Love These.
I absolutely LOVE all of these colors!! The variety of different colors that come with it is splendid. They work wonderfully in my melt and pour soaps. The colors are concentrated enough that I never have to use more than a few drops of get a bright color. If you use a smaller amount, you will get a beautiful pastel hue. I would recommend this product to anyone looking to add some fun color to their soap.

Good coloring
I bought these so I could try coloring my bath and shower bombs. I followed the directions from several different sites on how to add the color but as soon as it goes in, it just clumps up. I tried mixing it with my wet ingredients and then incorporating it into the bath bombs and same thing. It just clumps right up and doesn't disperse. Some people have wrote that a little goes a long way but I used 15 drops and you can barely tell my bath bombs are green. You can see speckles if green though. It is hardly vibrant or worth repurchasing.Update 9/26/17 - Changed my review from 2 to 4 stars, so after more research I discovered that it's important to use your hand to disperse the color. It takes a lot of drops but if you use hands and fingers to mix it up the color does disperse. I use a glove to keep my hands clean and these are the best price for amount I have seen so far.Update 10/5/17 - after more use, the color works but whether I use a lot or a little, the best I get is pastel colors so if you're looking for something more vibrant these are probably not it.

Beautiful colors great variety
Great variety of colors from a brand I'm familiar with. They look great in Bath bombs not a pigmented as micas but they still dye the water like they're supposed to. This one is pink and turquoise (got a little mixed up) I was testing the colors. They're beautiful in Bath bombs😁

I thought this dye would work great. Great price to get me started
This purchase is mainly my fault! Being new and learning to make bath bombs, etc.. I thought this dye would work great. Great price to get me started.Bath bombs are a white base, and this is for a soap (clear) base. Had I bought them for soap, I'd be extatic. But because I searched bath bomb dye and found this, it doesn't work so well. For the bath bombs the color is muted, and not vibrant....

Awesome colors for all DIY bath products
I have not had the issues that some have had with these being diluted or too light. I have used them in bath bombs, melt and pour soap (glycerin and shea butter), salt scrubs and more. Each and every time they dyed them perfectly. No issues with color bleeding, color fading or staining. These are a great deal and I have ordered twice and will reorder again.

The worst
Sooo these are terrible. I do not understand why they are coming up as a bestseller. First of all to make one medium size bathroom you have to use almost an entire bottle of liquid to achieve even a pale color. Also every battle I received was either three quarters or only one half full. And most importantly there are no ingredients listed but this product is described as being safe for use in cosmetic products and soap etc. I sell homemade bath bombs and I cannot sell any products that I used this coloring because there is no way for me to tell if this is approved by the FDA. The FDA is pretty lenient when it comes to homemade cosmetic and bath and body products but they are very very strict when it comes to colorants so I am pretty upset that this is claiming to be safe for soaps and bath bombs and such and yet I can find no evidence that that is true
