Easy to assemble, all the things were properly provided

Good quality product. Initially, I didn't know to assemble the chair but when contacted the seller, I received a prompt reply from the seller with an instructional video.

Easy to assemble. Working as expected, height adjust, push back etc. However wheels are too sensitive and rolls too easily and cushion is bit hard - bottom pains when sit for long duration.
