What size post a note would I need for this?

I use the standard post-it notes on top and mini post-it's in one of the front compartments. Hope this helps! :)

The picture of this item shows two pads of paper in the back slot, but one of the reviews said that it didn't hold a full size notebook. Will it?

The back slot will hold 8x11 paper and legal notepads. I currently have a stack of paperwork and a legal pad in there without any issues--therefore I am assuming a 8x11 notebook should fit.
