Decent instructions.Comes with plumbers tape, convenient.* DISLIKES...Top metal pipe connector nut has slow drip after plumber tape & tightening.Top showerhead tension sleeve (between showerhead and steel connector nut) has slow drip after repeated tightening.Bar's suction cup, doesn't suck tile wall enough to hold (needs redesign), Stick on pad for affixing bar to wall works, but cheap fix. Why not just make your suction cup work??Big leak where flex hose connects to bottom of 3-way diverter, better fit needed here, loose (needs redesign).Plastic washers seem cheap, thin (o-ring inside top tensioner sleeve and inserted flat shower head washer), could be causing slow drips near these two top fittings I mentioned above. Had to replace inserted showerhead washer at very top connection since house pipe cut through washer after tightening metal connecting nut.Inside ball joint section between top showerhead tension sleeve and the steel, top nut pipe connector is dissapointingly plastic; note to seller seller if this entire part were steel it would be a better quality design and more durable. Why not just charge an extra $3-$5 and make this crucial part steel like most others (again, plastic design in this crucial connection and tension area may be causing my units slow drip issue because plastic cannot be tightened as much as steel). All this being said, it does work, looks nice, but for the few inexpensive, simple, needed quality improvements mentioned.

I looked at so many similar products on here and finally came down to this one. I am so glad I did. It was so easy to install, even though I thought it wasn't going to fit at first, I tried again and it went into place perfectly. My family loves it. I am short, but my boys are tall and this is perfect for both heights. The switch to change the water in the shower heads is down at the bottom so I can reach it, in others I looked at it was at the top and I wouldn't be able to reach it. You can use one showerhead or both at the same time, though the duo setting has less pressure- it's like a gentle rainshower and that's one my son likes. I like the handheld showerhead because I can slide it down lower on the bar to the perfect "short person" height. I highly recommend this to families with both tall and short people. Everyone will have the perfect shower height.

Wanted the ability to control the handheld shower head from where I can reach without having to tiptoe or get a face full of shower spray. Definitely got that! May have to secure it more permanently to the wall, but I'm happy with the way it delivers the water. We switched out the two heads, though. Not strong enough for our liking. It accepted the new heads with no issues or leaking. Great system for a great price.

Works great! I'm a little disappointed that the suction cup/sticky used to help secure the neck of the apparatus to your shower wall did not work. I do not have tile, I have some other sort of laminate siding and the suction cup does not work and the sticky insert did not work either. Despite this, the shower heads work perfectly! It does 'hang' slightly off the wall due to this issue but it does not influence how the product functions (it's an aesthetic concern). Once you get used to it, it's fine. I would buy again. The second personal shower head works great for bathing pets!

WORKS WELL - Clean and Solid Construction. The only drawback is for low pressure households. The water is well-diffused but tends to drop vertically. I bought a 10 inch pipe extension to move it away from the wall. My pipe is like the one in the photo . If you have high pressure you're fine for coverage. If you have low pressure get a more narrow nozzle (jet type) since the large number of holes make this a weak nozzle otherwise --- causing the water to be more like rain instead of an actual shower.

Love this shower head/hand held sprayer combo!! Have been using now for 2 weeks so it's great! Praying it holds out for long time. My elderly mother moved in and we needed this for her bathing as she cannot do it herself. Works great and hose is long enough to reach bathing a baby in the tub without having to have any water depth. Versatile for us so we are happy.

I'm keeping this product, but only because I hope I can fix some of the flaws.Pros: I really like the dual-shower head feature, and the ability to easily switch water flow. The product was also very easy to install. It feels kind of cheap, but it looks nice.Cons:I DON'T like the included shower heads. I kept my old ones instead. The included heads have 5 settings, and I'm not a fan of any of them.This device really reduced my water pressure. Water pressure was fine in my shower before I installed this. After installation, it's usable but disappointing. I'm hoping there's a limiter I can remove to get the pressure back up.

Easy install. Looks great. Bought this as a solution to the "where to wash the dog" problem. The handheld sprayer has plenty of length to do the trick with room to spare. With ample pressure settings from "AHHHHH" to "OUCH", you can't go wrong here if you're looking for form and function for a 2nd or 3rd shower without going overboard on price.
