This is similar to Goya Maria cookies. The biscuits are perfect as tea time snack. They are light and perfect for dipping in tea/coffee. These are low in sugar (compared to the usual cookies) which make them ideal for people with diabetes. Around 2 cookies with tea fills your stomach till dinner time.I used to give these to my daughter (when she was 1 year old) durin teething. I was not interested in giving her cookies filled with sugar.
