T.G. FURNITURE Solid Sheesham Wood King Size Bed with Box Storage for Bedroom Living Room Home Wooden Palang King Size Double Box Bed (Honey Finish)

As ordered got the product Sheesham Wood King size box bed delivered few months back. Product was good but had some issue with one of its side. We contacted TG Furniture for the same and I must say they had outstanding customer service. As per our request, they helped us with the problem and the bed side was replaced within due timeframe as promised. But however the problem continued persistently and the customer service was contacted again to resolve the same. Though I was slightly perturbed with the quality issue but Mr Prerit Poddar from T G furniture listened to the issue very patiently and assured me not to worry and the issue will be resolved soon. On contacting Mr Prerit again I asked to replace the same without storage to which Mr Prerit was kind and humble enough to assure again that he will work out the same and promised to revert back. After a couple of days he called up and advised us to replace the same with Sheesham Wood King size 2 drawer bed instead of without storage. We liked his advice and asked him that he should not be at loss. He said that he has great value for his customers and will be doing the replacement without any loss and also to ensure the customer satisfaction. Also for assembling of the bed Mr Prerit Poddar from T G FURNITURE did all the needful, right from booking of a carpenter online for me till its installation. The carpenter booked by him was also proactive in his approach and finished the installation of bed in a thorough professional manner. During the process he had been in constant touch with us in ensuring the timely delivery of the product and it's installation duly enquiring about any difficulties being faced by us as if he was himself present on site. He was in constant touch with us till the job was done to my satisfaction. We are now extremely happy with the overall service of T G furniture. With respect to the quality of bed I will say that it is very sturdy and highly recommended to others as well. I would like to say that it was a wonderful experience with T G FURNITURE while purchasing this product and last but not the least we are very thankful to Mr Prerit Poddar who has displayed his thorough professionalism during the entire process and wish him good luck for his future endeavors. I have been using the bed for over a year. Overall, pretty good. It is sturdy, and while I haven't been jumping on it, it has supported the collective weight pretty well.- The central support leg has a length larger than the rest of the bed frame. Would need to be cut. This could however be just an issue with the piece I received.- The cover MDF boards are ok, but I would suggest they be replaced by better hardboards for longevity. In case moisture seeps through, these would be the first thing to sag.- Due to its modular design that can be taken apart, there might be some creaking at the joints.- The storage space is rather small-ish. One can fit the slim bags in it, but the larger check-in bags won't accommodate due to small height. Lifting the top MDF boards is a chore (after the mattress). One would need to completely remove the MDF board rather than it neatly folded on top of the other side. So, please be prudent about what you put inside the bed.

We have been using this product since October 2024, and the quality has been excellent. The product was delivered exactly as described in the details. Thank you for providing such a high-quality product along with outstanding delivery services. We truly appreciate it!

Actually I have requested for the return.It is because the product is not liked atall and not upto the mark.Quality is poor,plywood and masonite are of lowest quality.Paint on so called seasum wood are also not proper.Lastly it is also not adjustable in the place , specified for this purchase.The size is more than what was on the screen.

Unable to assemble as grooves not there to fit side boards in head side board,Ply material is not goodHook not available in one ply

The Design is classic and given Attention to details, the paint colour looks good and premium, over all Quality is decent not very rugged this what we get for price i guess.

Strong, Easy to build, Looks goodBut the center leg support was more in lengthSo upper ply didn’t fit perfectly, and to fix that carpenter services were provided by the TG furniture. And the issue was fixed in due time. Excellent customer services.Must buy.

Product is ok ,but had fitting issue..not as per value paid..also no assembly provided by the vendor..had to spent money to get it fixed from outside..
