Could've found the same information free on the internet
Book is overrated. Could've found the same info from a Google search. In fact, books are becoming a thing in the past. Everything can be found online now.

Vril
This book is written by William Walker Atkinson and part of his arcane teachings, as mentioned in the introduction. Vril is chi ,mana , prana ect.. He describes what it is, in more elaborate detail. Some breathing, and techniques on eating ( no you dont have to be a vegatarian , but im not giving any sopilers ) a few more. Some techniques for healing. Not too big book but also well written. Ill probablly read it again. No martial arts techniques and no pictures. Also the publisher has a nice printing, making it easier to read.
