I never leave reviews but honestly this product has changed my life. I've had flat feet my whole life but one really flat foot to where my ankles swell up after walking all day. I'm a healthy young man so people never understood why I walked so slowly and people never understood how much pain I was in. Recently the pain traveled from my ankles to my knees and a grinding sensation started occurring in my knees. I was extremely depresses I felt like I was going to need surgery soon and was feeling really sorry for myself. I made an appointment at the Good feet here in Northern California store but they said it will be $400 plus tax for the inserts. Me and my wife really didn't have an extra $400 laying around so I told her lets try these just to get me by until we can afford the other ones. These inserts not only helped the problem but they completely fixed all the pain in my knees, ankles, and lower back. I felt like crying the first few days wearing these, a problem that's been bothering me for 27 years was fixed with a 15 dollar purchase. These have completely changed my life and these will be a new standard for any shoe I buy in the future. If I could give more stars I would!

Okay, I'm a dog walker, so it is literally my job to be on my feet all day. I have flat feet-it's not a huge problem, but I can't wear stilettoes (not that I'd want to, because I'm not a masochist) or ballet flats (which I can't pull off with my cankles anyway). I looked on here after I bought new tennis shoes-the previous ones were put out of their misery by a cantankerous Corgi who would chain smoke and pass out naked on her lawn if she was human. I was getting radiating pain around the outside top of my foot after about an hour of continuous walking. I needed arch support like a crack addict needs crack.I loved these. It took about an hour of walking to get used to them, and when I pulled them out of the box I was a little leery because they look THICC. I'm pretty sure the words, "Damn, Son," came out of my mouth. That arch support more stable than my last relationship! But I don't even feel them anymore, and my feet are still happy after four hours of walking. I really love the support, and they were true to size for me. My shoes were a little tight with them, so I'd go a half size up in the shoe if you're planning on wearing these with a particular shoe that's low on the sides or in the back. It's like a muffin top. Eventually, it'll squeeze itself out of there.I'll buy them again, after the next inevitable sacrifice.

When I first used these, I was a little disappointed because I was expecting more arch support. I had a re-check appointment with my podiatrist and took them with me. I showed him one and he smiled. "These are perfect", he said. "You don't want too much arch support or they will eventually hurt. I can sell you a pair of my shoe inserts for $50 but the ones you have are better. In fact, we could make you a pair of custom inserts for $400 but these are really better for you." He asked where I bought them and how much I paid and he wrote them down and is going to recommend them to some other patients.Doesn't get better than that! I ordered two more pairs so I don't have to take them out of my shoes every time.These are great for the price, or any price for that matter. Well made and make my foot more comfortable.

I'd done lots of research on orthotics after experiencing problems with calf pain, knee pain and plantar fasciitis. I'd been using Superfeet Green and Blue for over 15 years!But the Superfeet seemed to aggravate my knee, calf and plantar fasciitis problem, especially while running. The Green more than the Blue I'd say. When running it was very noticeable that the Superfeet did not offer as much cushion. I figured I could get away with just using the Blue, but the Blue caused the plantar fasciitis to flare up or at least not get better. I figured there must be a better orthotic.THIS IS IT! You can get all kinds of recommendations from podiatrists, sports medicine doctors, physical therapists, like I have and some of their shoes and orthotics can cost you hundreds if not thousands of dollars over time.As soon I tried these, there wasn't even the slightest bit of pain from the Plantar Fasciitis, the knees, or the calf. I worked out at the gym, ran, jumped, did my workouts and it passed the test. And I workout pretty hard.Specifically, I noticed that in contrast to the superfeet, these insole/orthotics are firm but not as rigid as the superfeet. They seem to have a thickness in that arch area that doesn't dig in but gives and even edge of support along the arch. The forefoot area of the orthotic is comfortable because it again seems supportive but not as hard as the Superfeet.If you've suffered from knee or plantar fasciitis pain you know what I'm talking about the sheer relief and joy you feel when that pain is relieved.I'm suspecting that with this kind of support continued with my physical therapy, I'm well on my way to a complete and permanent resolution.All I can say is, the price is right, the reviews of over 68,000 customers and the endorsement of Amazon make this a bet worth taking.3 DAY UPDATE...After 3 days of wearing these all day for walking, exercising, casual wear, I can say that it has reduced my plantar fasciitis pain to ZERO. Even in the morning I don't feel anything. I pressed on the plantar fasciitis and yes it was a bit tender, but not as much before. I can only conclude that these orthotics take the stress off the plantar fasciitis and are giving it time to heal.1 WEEK UPDATEI continue to have pain relief from Plantar Fasciitis while bicycling, running, working out. One thing I should mention is that sometimes I don't lace up my shoes tight enough and my foot is sliding around in the shoe on the orthotic. I have to remember to make sure my laces are tight enough and my foot is nice and snug in the shoe against the orthotic for it to be most effective.Another thing is that I've discovered Jeff Cavaliere who was physical therapist to the New York Jets Championship baseball team for 3 years. Search youtube: 'Jeff Cavaliere Plantar Fasciitis', you'll see the best explanation of the mechanics of what CAUSES this condition and the stretches he teaches to solve this condition. It's an eye opener! All those so-called remedies, like rolling the bottom of your foot on a tennis ball are just to help with the symptom of pain, they don't really address the source and cause of the issue. Watch the video, do the stretch he teaches and see if that doesn't improve your condition and perhaps solve it for good!

Most would never be able to tell that I’m wearing these (unlike other brands of bulky/uncomfortable inserts.) Unless, of course, you knew me already; then you’d notice I’m effortlessly walking/dancing around, full of energy. You’d also notice that my posture and swelling has improved tremendously.If you can’t tell by now, I’m a HUGE fan, and these have changed my life.These insoles fit in all of my shoes. I’ve worn them in boots, booties, slippers, dress shoes, running shoes, Converse. I’m half way tempted to glue them to my feet. 🤣 They are THAT much of a game changer for me.I broke my foot this year, and for months, even after it was healed, I was unable to walk very far without a ton of pain. I stopped trying to exercise because it hurt too much, obviously weight gain just made it worse. However, it was when I started waking up in pain, (just from sleeping!!!!) that I was absolutely determined to find a solution!!!During this journey; I have tried multiple inserts, compression socks, compression sleeves, different wedges for arch cushions, entirely new shoes, and NOTHING helped....Nothing until ☝🏻THIS insole!!!!! 👏🏻👏🏻The thing that is different about this one is the design. It has a plasticy shell that absorbes the shock where the arch is, and doesn’t ever “sink in,” like many other inserts do (such as a gel or memory foam.) They are thin enough on the areas necessary to be comfortable in every shoe.Highly recommend for arch support issues, overpronation, plantar fasciitis, low arches, flat feet, maybe even high arches? Not sure about high arches. But any one who is suffering from foot pain, I feel for you. Do yourself a favor and look into this brand.
