it's fun to play with, very interactive. although some pieces are not lose from the board, when I slowly tried to remove it some parts are torn. nevertheless, it's good.

I purchased this nice Wooden Alphabet & Number Puzzle set to help our granddaughter, who has not quite learned her alphabet well enough to know the letters if they are not in order, just to give her a fun way to become more familiar with them and figured the number puzzle would be helpful for her as well. Her older brother was also enjoying the number puzzle, writing out math problems with it, so this set is a win/win. They are interested and they spent a good amount of time, just today, playing with them while I sat at the table with them working on some paperwork.The puzzles come in a nice box suitable for gift-giving AND suitable for storing the puzzles in when they are not in use. The puzzles are beautiful, bright, and interesting colors to make learning easier and more fun. The wood is rounded and smooth. These are puzzles that will likely last generations, especially when kept in the box, as we plan to do, so the pieces stay together.

Great wooden toys! So much better than the plastic alternatives which were around the same price point. Colors are muted and fit our playroom great!Under the letters and shapes, there are great extra drawings to learn how to write !

Pros: Large size. Colorful.Cons: Initial paint smell.Was looking for another set for alphabet, numbers, and now basic arithmetic. Each of the prices are a good size and easy to recognize.The great thing for us was that it came with plus, minus, divide, multiply, and equal pieces. We can use this later to teach basic math.Upon opening the package you get that initial paint smell so I suggest you air it out and even wipe it down with some alcohol.The pieces appear to be solid wood or compressed? Hard to tell when it’s painted over. The base piece is not solid wood and looks more like bunch of lamination.Overall, the pieces fit in nicely and all are colored. We like it.

My Three-year-old daughter is really into learning her numbers and her letters and she’s extremely into puzzles! She asked for some letter puzzles for Christmas and I found this pack and thought it would be perfect the pieces are very durable and structured just right for small children to play! She will love that they are all different colors and that she can do them over and over again! What a great educational gift for a child. These will last for a lot of years and those are the kind of gifts that I like to give. I’m excited to have tools to help her to better learn her numbers and her letters that she would enjoy!

Great wooden puzzles. My 2 years old loved this as soon as we gave it to her. She loves to put them back and shake them out. Great choice for her age level. It also seems very durable, which is a plus!
