I love the energy boost that I got from this first thing in the morning, then the second around lunch time when I take the second for the day. Don't wait until too late in the day to take or you won't be getting much sleep. I haven't experienced any sort of crash or afternoon lag. I would recommend eating with each pill or you might get a little jittery. I'll keep this going for myself in cycles... I learned during the testing phase that after the first month, continued doses lose the effect and I really didn't feel anything from it. These are extremely helping at curbing my appetite and for a pre-workout. I have a lot more energy at the gym when I take one before. I would recommend coating your stomach first.
