I have tried many balms out there but this is very much worth the money. A little bit goes a long way and it does a good job at taming your unruly facial hair. Best of all, the scent is terrific as my wife couldn't stop smelling me. It isn't overwhelming and it last all day.

Love the smell of this beard balm. Seems to be very smooth, and quality ingredients.

I bought this thinking I was going to receive a decent product. Packaging was nice but there is absolutely no scent at all. I wanted to switch from Reuzel to zousz but if this is the type of product that they are putting out I’ll just stick to what I have. I had high hopes to experience ZOUSZ’s oud accord.Update: after receiving a refund I was contacted by the seller stating that the product I received was defective and would like to send me their product free of charge. I accepted, it came in a few days ago. I tried out the zousz beard balm and I have to say it definitely keeps my beard softer for longer and the scent is good aswell. I’m giving four stars because of the defective item I received first, for a product that performs this well I want quality with every order i make with this brand/house.

UPDATE: The seller reached out and offered to send a replacement. I received not one, but TWO replacements: one was in the older glass crock, and another in the newer plastic tub. BOTH had the fragrance I loved of my first purchase, so my second purchase must have been a rare defective batch. Thanks to the seller for being so understanding and for making it right. This remains my daily go-to for beard care!(Old review: I originally purchased the Black Oud beard balm several months ago and liked the scent enough to buy it again when the first batch ran low. Unfortunately the new jar has almost no fragrance. It just smells like wax.)

I absolutely love this product, it smells great and leaves my beard looking nourished and tamed. Whilst the packaging is premium looking the dimensions of the little bottle makes it a little difficult to scoop out the balm, not that this should deter anyone from buying this product.

What they mean is, no one will ever forget that you were there.IMHO, the overwhelming stench of patchouli is the only note that comes through in this product.TBH, I was attracted to the packaging and description of the products scent notes. Unfortunately, the final smell isn't exactly as described.Unless you are looking for a very long lasting "earthy stoner-grandpa" impression, you may not want this particular scent; maybe lean towards something else.

Updated: Changing my review to 3 stars. While I still had the same issue, the company went above and beyond to reach out and offer a refund. Excellent service and I will check out their other products!I can’t tell you if this works well as a beard balm. Because I can only use the tiniest bit to barely touch on my beard and the smell is still too strong for hours.Don’t get me wrong, it smells good! But it’s so strong that even a tiny, near invisible amount, leaves you smelling nothing but that for hours. I can’t even imagine someone using the amount they suggest to actually get the balm effects of the product. I’ll keep it when I want my beard to smell nice and way too strong for hours, but for an actual balm I’ll need something I can rub through my beard.Just barely touching the calm with one finger, rubbing it thoroughly in my palms, and then stroking my beard is just too much. It’ll last me forever.

Not a huge fan of the smell but honestly, this product has worked like nothing else on my beard! It’s made it much softer. A lot thicker! It’s definitely STOPPED all dandruff from my beard and if I don’t use it for a couple days I notice the dandruff again. It’s a really good product, just very strong scent that I’m not super fond of.. it’s a good manly smell but isn’t my cup of tea. Aside from that I will definitely recommend this to anyone who wants a product that would eliminate dandruff and thickens your beard!

UPDATE: Zunächst einmal muss ich den spitzen Service loben. Man hat mich direkt kontaktiert und mir das Balsam ersetzt. Wie vermutet handelte es sich um ein fehlerhaftes Produkt. Bei dem neuen Bartbalsam bin ich super begeistert. Ich habe es eine Zeit lang getestet und es der Duft ist im gesamten Balsam gleichermaßen verteilt. Ich werde mir definitiv kein anderes mehr kaufen.Das Bartöl ist übrigens auch sehr zu empfehlen.ALT: Ich war am Anfang von dem Bartbalsam super begeistert. Gerade der intensive Duft war genau das wonach ich gesucht habe.Ich habe ca. ein viertel der Gesamtmenge verbraucht und das restliche Bartbalsam im Glas riecht nach nichts mehr. Als ob die Duftstoffe nur im oberen Teil waren und der Rest ist Geruchsneutral. Wenn man den Preis betrachtet darf sowas eigentlich nicht sein. Wirklich sehr schade. Ich dachte ich hätte endlich ein passendes Bartbalsam für mich gefunden.Ich habe mich entschieden es nochmal zu kaufen, da es auch ein Produktionsfehler sein kann. Sollte sich dass so herausstellen, werde ich die Bewertung entsprechend ändern.
