very strong
We just got finished with a big storm that came out of the gulf, and this window awning held up. (notice) that it does need to be place on area right, so it might be good to have 2 people to install it, . only thing i do wish is it was a little stronger in made. but it does the job.

I am writing to express my profound disappointment with both the quality of the product I recently purchased and the return process associated with it. The item, which I found to be flimsy and of notably low quality, does not meet my expectations for a product at its price point.Upon deciding to return the item, I followed the instructions provided by Amazon and utilized the UPS label sent to me. However, when I arrived at the UPS location to drop off the package, I was informed that I would need to pay an additional $60 for shipping. This unexpected expense is entirely unreasonable, especially when considering the original cost of the product was $79.Despite attempting to reach out to your customer service team multiple times over the past week for assistance, I have received no resolution to this issue. Instead, it appears that my attempts to seek assistance have been met with avoidance, and I fear I am close to being blocked from contacting company altogether.This entire experience has left me deeply dissatisfied and disillusioned. It is incomprehensible to me how a company can continue to operate in such a manner, seemingly disregarding the concerns and frustrations of its customers. Frankly, I feel as though I have been subjected to a fraudulent transaction.

Good for the price but know there's better quality options
We ended up returning this as the quality wasn't as high as we hoped, but we realized for $40, this was great quality. The option we decided to go with cost 5x as much but had the sturdier plastic covering, so can't complain about this cheaper option.

It came cracked and I never got around to returning due to medical issues.

Out of the weather
This fixed awning is perfect. Looks great. Easy to install. Covers my porch and rain doesn't hit my head or glass door. Love it!
