6ft, 350lbs. Typically wear 3x top. Ordered a 3x. A little snug, but great for core strengthening and posture. Would recommend.

It gets 4 stars for a couple of reasons. First, the vest has a zipper so you cannot adjust the fit to your size. Second, the zipper should be a better quality. I have been using it occasionally for several weeks and now the zipper is sliding out of position or opening. I spent 5 minutes trying to un-stick the zipper while stuck in the vest. Very frustrating. Third, the velcro straps lift up at the ends unless I wear a tight shirt over top of the vest and under my regular outfit. This means I am wearing more layers so I cannot tell if I am sweating from the vest or over heating because of the many layers that includes the cotton camisole I use under the vest because it sticks to my skin when I sweat. Fourth, the vest is longer in front than in the back. So, I always have a pouch of material to straighten out in the front of my skirts/pants. And the back of the vest keeps rising up out of my skirt/pants during the day (because it is comfortable to wear for long periods). That means I spend my time tucking it back in discreetly. With all of that, I plan to try a smaller size and see if the wearability is better because I have lost sweat equity weight (yes I have a big smile on my face) but I will still have to deal with the craftsmanship issues. The upside is my lower back pain has eased up some since I started use this Sweat Vest and I no longer have the pain while I am wearing the vest. And those days that I do not have to move around alot, I sometimes forget that I am wearing the vest. Did I mention how soft and comfortable this vest is? Note: I would definitely pay a little more money for this item if they adjusted the mentioned items. It would still be will worth the price. I will review the smaller size vest that I plan to get after I have used it for a while (just like with this one). Thanks for reading my review and have a great day.

I wear the waist trainer on my vibrating machine for 10 minutes, followed by 30 minutes on my treadmill and another 10 minutes on the vibrating machine and when I can definitely tell that it's doing what it's supposed to because I am completely soaked from my shoulders down my thighs. The weight is coming off as well as inches.

Omg the most comfortable shape wear! Totally worth it. I normally wear a xl I order a xxl and it fits great. Shapes you well and great coverage on the belly. Tucks you in and snatched waist.

First off my order was delayed by about a week. Once received I tried it on and the smell of neoprene was so strong and overpowering I couldn’t keep it in long and had to shower to get the smell off my skin (not an exaggeration). I aired it out for 2 days in the garage and the odor was still there but a little more tolerable. I wore it at home and did an hour workout. Definitely made me sweat but the vest left deep, irritated marks around my armpits.I did like the zip up and Velcro closure, the zipper seems sturdy and was easy to close. The Velcro straps can be tightened as needed and also have a strong hold. I also like the full back design.Unfortunately, I will not be using the vest as I was hoping to due to the irritation it caused and the continuous smell I can’t get rid of. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Where do I begin? This product had so many flaws. It was very disappointing. The cut out for the breast area is small and not low enough. Causing your breast to get a horrible squished look, No matter what I tried I could not correct this. Second, the zipper has no interior clips so you will need help getting into it. Third, once you get the zipper up be sure to Velcro(cheap plastic Velcro not a strong grip)the straps immediately because the zipper is cheap and has no zipper stop so if there is the slightest pressure the zipper will unzip. Lastly, if the zipper comes down be prepared for pain. The zipper has no backing and is right up against your skin so it will catch it on the way down. Very poorly made product. Do not waste your money!

Did not like was to bulky
