I cannot reliably find fresh kaffir leaves in my area. I really had zero expectations of this product, but figured if it didn't work I could return it. I was greatly pleased to find that it gave my curries exactly the fresh kaffir leaf taste I want. Added bonus, it lasts a lot longer than fresh!

It has the freshest citrus scent. I did not expect that. I watch videos that use the leaves but I could never find them in my area.

It was good, I’ve been playing around trying to duplicate a recipe. Almost there, I think fresh must be the way to go.
