PrincetonNeptune Paintbrush, Size 1/4 inch, Dark Wood

This brush holds a lot of water and is not stiff if this is the type of brush you are looking for.

I bought this because I was missing a good flat brush in my collection. This one has a very nice firmness and keeps its shape nicely. It was a good choice.

Good quality in my opinion. Holds up and paints well.

The brush is fine but maybe someone could have wrapped it in some paper? It’s a brush and someone just dumped it into a big envelope. 😳

The brush luckily is great despite being shipped with the bristles unprotected.

My first Princeton flat and I found it easy to work and it holds lots of water and paint. The only thing I had to relearn was holding the brush properly as the handle is resin, not wood like all my other brushes. A bit of practice (it is slick) and all is well.

I really like this brush for doing a wash in watercolor. I also have the 1/2 inch. Great brushes!

If I had read more reviews BEFORE ordering, I wouldn't have been so surprised and dismayed that the brush was tossed into a standard puff envelope and shipped WITHOUT ANY protection whatsoever. The bristles were left vulnerable to breakage. I believe this brush came like this from the Princeton manufacturer. I would think they would value their product and customers more than that, so when shipped by amazon, they'd be protected like the round brush was, that I ordered with it.

Este pincel me lo compre porque necesitaba esa forma para pintar ciertas cosas, asi que compre este y un Raphael y aunque el Raphael a mi entender es mejor, este no va mal, solo es un poco mas rigido, mas duro y grueso pero es bueno.

Brushes are as expected. They arrived within the time frame specified. Happy.

These brushes hold a lot of water and are easy to use. They also look nice. I wish that Princeton brushes were more readily available in the UK - especially the Snap brushes
