Reduce the number of wireless clients and optimise the location of the router. If the WiFi signal is strong, but the connection is still unstable, try to connect to the 5G WiFi of the router. Make set up easier.
Bought one of your routers today to replace the one we were using from our internet provider that went bad. Had a lot of trouble trying to get it connected to the internet. Your directions on how to do the set up were not clear for a “non computer savvy” customer.Finally was able to contact your company via telephone and was helped by Mona. She was very patient and courteous. With her help I was able to get the router set and working.
