I am extremely pleased with the green coffee ketone complex. I have heard so many positive things about the garcinia cambogia. Also, there is green tea in it along with many other great natural ingredients. Take 2 capsules daily and that's it. Couldn't be any easier. I have been taking these for 4 days now. I do feel a bit more energized. I'm so excited to find something to help with weight loss that has ingredients in it that I can trust. Its also recommended by 2 different doctors. I feel really good about recommending this product to anyone.

I love these 4 in 1 supplements. I use to take the Garcinia, the Raspberry Ketones, and the Green Coffee Bean supplements in single pills from a different company. It was rather expensive to buy everything separate . These work. I've taken them over a week and in combination with diet and exercise have lost 7 lbs. The pills aren't too large. They leave a slight Raspberry after taste. They begin working quickly. I felt more energetic within a matter of minutes without the jitters or shakes. They appear to be long lasting and it worked.

Just wanted to give green tea a try. I didn't expect to loose any weight. After taking a couple of months i just didn't reorder. I noticed an increase in my appetite after about a week. I have been using this product for a couple of weeks. I have noticed more energy and no significant hunger. The directions give you the option to take one in the morning and a second in the afternoon or as I prefer two with a morning meal. This option I find easy and convenient. The supplement is in a veggie capsule but does not melt quickly on your tongue leaving an after taste. I would say it took about a week to notice a change but so far so good.
