Great but be safe sharp blades and fantastic use.
Fantastic, Sharp and incredibly useful. Use is simple ALWAYS use the hand guard the V blades are incredibly sharp. I cut myself simply putting it back into the box for storage. (My mistake)

Instructions would have been nice!
Seems to work OK, great bargain for the price. I have used mandolines before - but there were no instructions included so it will take some trial and error to figure out which blade to use.

I really like the product itself, but very disappointed that there wasn't any instructions or anything included. I assume there are some but couldn't find online. Does anybody know???

Came really quick and seems very sturdy. I love that it has an organizer to store the different blade guards and that the handle to hold the vegetables is wide and protective (the cutting blade is no joke) Watch a quick YouTube video for how to use a basic mandoline if you don’t already know and you’ll be on your way to air fried potato chip heaven!

After reading mixed reviews I decided to give this mandoline a try, the price was right after all! I can see how it might be a little hard to get started without any instructions, but the pieces are all clearly marked and it really is pretty simple to figure out. I successfully sliced 3.5 mm tomato slices on my first try and am also enjoying a quick sliced onion for French onion soup now simmering in the pot as I type this review.I appreciated all the warnings about how sharp the blades are. Thanks to you all, I remain unscathed. I would have given it 5 stars, but I wish the little legs would stay tucked in when I put it away. (They are a little floppy) but I do like the little sheath for storing the attachment blades.All in all, I would recommend it to friends!
