Tiny Font
This could be a good book, but the font is very small. See the photo - the font of the book is smaller than the font of a newspaper.

An approachable, content-dense introduction
If you're interested in the up-and-coming intersection of biology and computing/mathematics, I highly recommend picking up this book. It's clearly written, offers high level view of what system biology is illustrated by specific, vivid examples. I particularly liked Chapter 4 where the difference between data, information, knowledge and understanding is discussed. I found myself nodding the most in that chapter.I could have one wish for the book, I'd suggest mentioning the economic aspects of progress in tools used in system biology. I think the falling costs of, e.g. NGS, are a big part of why certain areas see faster development than others. I found Quickstart Molecular biology to be a good supplement: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/1621820343

A confusing book
This book takes a particular view of systems biology and does not give a comprehensive overview. I did not like the book.
