Buying this for a woman? READ THIS. (Then buy it.)
OK, ladies, this review is for you! ;-) I'm 5' 6" tall, 165-170, 38D, with pretty balanced proportions. I ordered the Large, and it fits just the way I wanted it to! It's pretty loose (= comfy), even across the hips, where men's clothing is generally awkwardly tight. (Pretty sure a Medium would've also fit me, but who wants this kind of thing tugging at you? It's not like we're shopping for men's quilted flannel to look sexy, LOL!)PROS:100% cotton (outer flannel)Silky quilted lining glides over whatever else I'm wearing, and extends down the sleeves, too.Sleeves are NOT too long!!! (OK, maybe just a little, but not even so much I need to roll the cuffs up.)Side pockets are big enough to fit an iPhone 7+, although I wouldn't leave my phone there if I were moving around a lot.Great price.Known, US brand.Keeps me warm (even my neck!) in a cool house.Super comfy (as in, I haven't taken it off since I tried it on); feels more like wearing a fleece top than a structured jacket.CONS:There was exactly ONE color choice ("Caviar"), so it's lucky I can live with black/cream/tan plaid. Still, I was hoping for something a bit more fun, like those crazy, trendy colors BLUE or RED or GREEN. ;-) I tried to order another one the minute I tried this one on, but... nope. Still just the one color in my size. I even went straight to the Wrangler website, but struck out there, too.Chest pockets of course go with the styling, but are basically thin and useless.Snaps would've been preferable to buttons, for me, but it's not a deal breaker. In short, I wanted something to serve the purpose of a cozy sweatshirt for casual wear around the house, dog walks, taking out the trash, or driving on a cold day (I hate wearing a giant parka in the truck!!!), and this shirt-jacket is perfect! I hope Wrangler will come out with more colors, and not discontinue this item. Winner, winner, chicken dinner! I hope my review helped you.

Almost As Described
I don't do many reviews but I thought this one was necessary. Overall, the shirt was as described except in one major area; fit after washing. I am 5'11'', 172lbs, 42R chest, 33-34 waist and 34" sleeve. The Medium fit perfect (as a shirt) out of the box. After a cold wash and drying on low, the fit was definitely tighter, most notably under the arms and in the sleeve. I am of leaner build, if you are larger than the above, size up. I was looking for kind of a 'garage shirt' to slip on over something else when I am in the garage. The shirt was apparently designed to be a little larger but for my size, a Medium is not the way to go. I had intended to get a Large, that normally works for me but was persuaded by the description that it was oversized a bit but - it is not. My bad, I should have stuck with what I always go with because I knew it would draw up a bit. I will say this though...it did seem to draw up evenly all over! I gave it 3 stars because it was described as being more fully sized and I did not think so. On all other accounts, I would rank the product a 4 or 5. Held up well, quilting has remained intact etc. If you get the sizing correct, I think the product will serve you well.

Order Correct Size!
Although the product is very wellade, it runs LARGE for the XL size, fits more like a 2XL. Maybe this is so you can wear a sweater or sweatshirt under it, who knows. All I know is after washing (cold water only) and drying (on normal heat) it did NOT shrink enough for me to keep it as a light jacket. I had to order another one, but in LARGE and will try it again. This one gets donated just in time for the late Fall temps.

Excellent . . . except the outer cotton layer shrinks faster than the liner
My husband has been wearing these for a number of years . . . but they do wear out eventually. (He tends to get holes in the elbows, because he wears them working at a desk all day everyday.)He hasn't really worn this particular jacket . . . he's saving it for when he's away from home and needs to look nice. The biggest complaint I've had about the previous jackets is that the outer cotton layer shrinks when the jacket goes into the dryer . . . but the inner, nylon layer, does not shrink. This makes the liner longer than the outside, and it tends to hang out below the hem of the jacket. This time around, I know better than to put it in the dryer. We'll see if that helps. The previous jackets have lasted about a year, and he usually gets a new one at Christmas. But this year, everyone stayed home for Christmas, so I just ordered it for him. (When they get holes in the sleeves, and / or start looking a bit rough, he wears them at home, and out in the yard.)

Perfect fit
Didn’t know Wrangler made these until I read a person’s review on another brand claiming these were better and less expensive, so I bought one. See my height, weight, and size purchased. Seams and buttons are strong. The lined sleeves make it easy to layer as well as the extra size through the shoulders and chest. Heavy enough for fall and early winter outerwear over sweatshirts. Very comfortable.I haven’t washed it yet, I tend to brush this kind of clothing, ie, cotton outer with polyester inner. The difference in shrinkage can create misshaped clothing.Heading to my woods today, high temp to be 62°. This shirt over a long sleeve carhart will be all I need. Very satisfied.

Gift for my Flannel Loving Hubby
My husband absolutely loves his flannels, but his current insulated flannel was falling apart, and I couldn't find one exactly like it to replace it. He has to have one with real buttons, not snaps, so that made it hard to find one in the stores. So when I found this one I was so happy, it met all the requirements for him to give up his old flannel, lol! Very good quality and keeps him warm while ice fishing and snowblowing the driveway.

Wierd arms
The arms are extra wide. I feel like a plaid flying squirrel when I wear it. As a result I do not wear in high winds....I have a family to think about.

Inexpensive, simple, bulletproof flannels
I'm a big fan of Wrangler flannels - especially quilted and sherpa. This one is a pretty good example of the quilted. It's cheap, it has handwarmer pockets in the sideseams, the fabric's smooth and tough and won't catch on stuff. The lining means you can get away with this and a t-shirt down to about 5 degrees Celsius. Or size up, throw it over a hoodie and be fine on Ontario winter days. It's pretty artificial-feeling fabric but c'mon, it's 20 bucks. If you ever spend a day in your life shoveling snow, raking leaves, or chopping wood, you need one of these in your front hall closet.

EXCELENTE PRODUCTO
Excelente producto.
