Coconut Red Curry Broth Powder

This is a good vegan red curry flavoring. It seemed true to the red curry flavor I have had at Thai restaurants. If you don't like this flavor, it won't be good for you. I don't like that the back says there are only 4 servings (!) but I was using it to flavor a sauce, not a broth, and I didn't seem to use a fourth of the package already.I seem to remember that in the store you can get red curry paste, but it isn't always vegan, and you have to store it in the fridge. The powder makes it easy to add to things.

This is nice for convenience, but a bit mild in flavor for my taste. I had to add more spice to make it enjoyable for me. If you like a very mild broth, you would like this.

This was delicious! I used half of the packet as a sub for red curry paste in a recipe and it was killer!

Horrible tasting. I was expecting it to taste like the dish in Bangkok 96. Absolutely disappointed. Almost looks like it was a quality miss

I have never left a bad review for a product before... But this curry powder left such a bad taste in our mouths, literally and figuratively.
