Great quality and customer service!
There were no missing part, easy to assemble. Excellent quality for the price. Loved the bedding for the bunk beds. I had ordered the matching table and chairs for my granddaughters for Christmas. The screws were missing called Emily Rose they called me back within a few hours and sent me the screws which I received a day or two later. I'm very pleased with the customer service and how quickly I received the screws. The bunk bed I ordered I will be giving to my granddaughter for her birthday.

Well-made
This was a gift for my granddaughter. My daughter put the beds together and reported it was quite easy to do. Also, the beds are not only well-made and sturdy, but very pretty in their pink butterfly design. Also comes with pillows and spreads. An excellent buy, very pleased.

Make sure little hole on plastic lock nut is facing where screw goes in!
The bunk beds are adorable and very sturdy. I have only one suggestion. The directions are only visual, no written explanations. There are little white plastic lock nuts. It is important to have the little hole facing where the screw will enter, otherwise the screws will not lock in place.After figuring that out, the assembly was easy! I'm sure my granddaughter will love it.

Great customer service
The item arrived in perfect condition however, there was no hardware to assemble it. I reached out to customer service via the contact information provided with the product. They responded with in less than an hour. I received all of the peaces within bout 3 days.It's beautiful and definitely worth it. My 6 year old niece loves it!

Colorful, sturdy
This little bunkbed set for dolls is cute, colorful, and well made. I found it a little hard to put together but stuck with it and got it dones. It's solid and easy to play with.

Sturdy and Pretty Bunk Bed!
We purchased this for our 3 year old grand daughter's birthday. It is very sturdy and my husband put it together quickly. Our granddaughter uses it with her American Girl doll and Bitty Baby. The bunk bed is in her bedroom and she puts her dolls to bed each night, covering them with the included bedding! We (parents and granddaughter as well) are thrilled.

Adorable doll furniture
Adorable doll furniture. Great quality and surprisingly easy to assemble. They offer videos for assembly of many of their doll furniture items but not for this exact item. I was a bit concerned that I wouldn't be able to get everything in it's proper place but the instructions are very simple and thorough and assembly ended up being a breeze. These folks really know what they are doing. No missing parts; no misaligned holes. I am very satisfied and know my granddaughters will be too.
