This product has very good absorbency for all night. Not perfect at all times. I have bad bladder and lymphedema so get lots of fluid at night. These pads work very good for absorbency, sometimes not all night, but most of the night, and come in the right sizes listed on package.

I loved these for my disabled 28 year-old daughter! These were so comfortable for her. She is hard to fit because she is so small, but these were perfect with the adjustable longer closures. They did a great job keeping her from leaking. I used them all day long even though they say overnights. They worked great and leaks were seldom. Sometimes overnight they still leaked if they were too full. But that is unavoidable with any diaper. I am so disappointed they don't have them available anymore. The non-overnight ones are not nearly as absorbent.

I like this item. The extra absorption is much better than the regular ones.

I have a neo-bladder due to bladder cancer. I’ve had 21 abdominal surgeries since 2016 due to the cancer. For those that don’t know, a neo-bladder is a reservoir made from small bowel. I no longer have any control over my bladder when sleeping. I have to stop consuming liquids early in the evening and must void about every two hours during the day to keep from leaking during waking hours. For the best night time protection against leaks I highly recommend the Prevail Overnight briefs. They are the only overnight brief that keeps me dryer during the night. I have tried about all of the overnight briefs on the market. Some nights I leak no matter what. That can’t be helped. But the Prevail product works best of any of them. Their briefs, combined with an overnight pad and a towel save having to clean the bedding and mattress frequently. Plus they tend to keep odor down better than other products.
