Decided to try paying a bit more for one of these after buying several cheap ones that don’t last very long .I am impressed , it’s very sturdy even when fully loaded with heavier things like cooked pasta . Feels far safer than a flimsy cheap one . It’s made of out much nicer metal, retains its shape , washes easily.It’s a good size too

What's to say? It's a sieve. It does its job. It's sturdy enough and can hold a reasonable amount of weight without the handle starting to bend. The mesh is fairly fine which suits what I want it for.Happy with my purchase

Weve gone through quite a few sieves over the last few years, as the handle tends to break away. We got this as it is stronger and more durable

This sieve is sturdy and seems well made.

As there are so many colanders that look almost identical, I was very happy to find that this one is of superior quality. The handle is very well attached unlike on my previous one and grains of rice don't get stuck in the rim. It's really, really good.

This sieve I found much easier to clean than my old one which, however, lasted for years even with only two welding points.Where this one failed miserably was on durability, coming apart on two of the four-point weldings, the product’s USP, after only four months of infrequent and careful use. Just the two of us, no everyday heavy family cooking here!Anyway, full marks to Amazon Customer Service for arranging a refund without the need to return the item. Just one caveat; the refund confirmation email states ‘Reason for refund: Damaged during transit’. Not so; reason for refund was it broke later. Had it arrived in that state, it would have gone straight back under the thirty-day rule.Because I love the ease of use, I reordered and we’ll see how long the second one lasts. Watch this space!UPDATE 15/11/2023Guess what! Yep, you got it, the second one failed too; in exactly the same place as the first one. The only difference this time was that I got another two months or so out of it. Judging by all the five-star reviews, it would appear I have been incredibly unlucky. All I can say is, in my experience, this product is not fit for purpose. Don’t think I’ll try a third one, so it’s off to the supermarket for one at under half the price.Amazon refunded, as before, without the need to return. To contact Customer Service these days, the only option seems to be Call Back and from an AI chatbot at that, which is hopeless. When I finally got a human to speak to, all was finally resolved. Oh how I miss the email option in days of yore! That said, well done Amazon for refunding. Thank you!

This strainer is just what I needed. Being a fine mesh lets me strain everything, especially soups.

Mejor calidad de la que me esperaba. Es muy resistente y aguanta sin problemas que le hagas presión para exprimir el líquido de lo que estás colando. El groso es de la malla es genial para colar muy bien líquidos
