There is this function called "motion detection" is to enable an alert whenever motion is detected from the view of monitoring, which provides huge convenience for babies or pets monitoring. Needs ability to turn off IR LEDs at night. When placed in front of a window, the reflection from the glass makes it useless.Also, ability to scroll during video playback is badly needed.Picture quality is excellent however, very good for the price.

Not compatible with Blue IRIS or other ONVIF system. The picture was good. If you want to have a standalone monitor that works on your phone, this isn't a bad alternative to the NEST or other name brands. I would be careful with it needing to connect to the internet and not having you control security / password.

Worked fine for a year, but there is no longer an android app to use these cameras. We have 4 cameras throughout the house now that are useless... do not buy.

The app for this MiSafe camera does not work on an andriod device... I have a different misafe camera-- that runs on an andriod fine though. It's odd but not user error.

This is a crappy camera. You can even contact the company to ask for help. I would like to return this camera.

Unreliable, poor software, not useful with its current limited software.Seller has not released a firmware / software update in 6 months.Do not buy.I will change the stats if miSafes updates the firmware and software to support additional functionality that other p2p cameras provide.I would like to see onvif support for NVR recording, motion alerts with picture attachment, support for http viewing
