They are not so good they only work if you wet them.

In the photos, they don’t really look like a kids item… Unfortunately it just wasn’t what I was looking for in makeup regardless if they would’ve worked or not. Other than that, I’m sure the product works fine (didn’t open mine). They don’t even say neon on them?

It does not glow in the dark
