These supplements lowered my mothers blood pressure 10 points. I am a believer. I have repurchased. No bad aftertaste. These are fairly large solid pills. But we’re not a problem to swallow.

On the good side of things - these pills are easy to swallow, don't have any aftertaste and didn't cause any digestion problems for me. However, after taking the entire 30 day supply, I can't say I noted any noticeable decrease in my blood pressure. I was hoping and trying it as an experiment to see if this product would take my numbers down even further than just using Lisinopril alone. To be fair, the product is meant to be taken for a total of 8 weeks but for the price, I'm not willing to continue the experiment. However, I will keep the product in mind if I can ever find a way to get off of Lisinopril.

While taking this product for a month, I did not notice any particular or significant changes in my blood pressure. We started taking this product when we first discovered it a couple of years ago. It lowered our blood pressure literally within a week! We were doing so well we stop taking it. However, this past March I started experiencing headaches and when I went to the doctor my blood pressure was extremely high. 180 /102! If you're going to try it I suggest you put a sleeve beside your bed with a glass of water and take it as soon as you get up in the morning. To make it easier for my husband who has had a stroke I popped out one sleeve into a glass jar that he can easily open. I wake him up with Alexa every morning and have him take it then!
