I bought these right after I bought sweat cream and at first I didn't use it with these arm trimmers. I found that these do help make me sweat a lot more but with sweat cream, I found that I sweat a lot more which has helped me with my results. I have not had any surgeries to help but have been doing a lot more cardio workout routines. These sauna trimmers really do make me sweat and even when I lift weights, I don't have to worry about the velcro opening up on it's own. These are thin and light weight but don't let that fool you because the quality of these is a lot better than I thought. I use these almost on a daily basis, since I've gotten them and they make me sweat a lot more than just wearing nothing else. They're really easy to clean, I just hand wash them and hang dry. I have been using these for almost 2 months and am more than excited with my results. I do still wear them while exercising or if I'm just cleaning the house and with either one, I still sweat like crazy with these on.

It will make you sweat like crazy! Comfortable!
