Great Bluetooth Keyboard & case for android 8" tablets
I bought this to make my tablet a bit more functional, and I often use it for email and blogging. It pairs with the tablet easily, holds a charge a long time, and is pretty easy to type on. It holds the device in the case solidly, and has some padding, although I often carry it in another bag with a strap/handles.The only flaws are minor or a tad annoying - but I would buy it again.1) The flap in the front holds the case together while carrying it, but that flap placement is annoying when you are trying to type.2) The keyboard itself is QWERTY set up, but the placement of the caps, tab, enter etc keys is different, so it takes getting used to.3) There is a function key to allow some punctuation shortcuts, but they are in blue type on black keys - when used in a library or with overhead lighting, the contrast & they are reflective somehow, making it very hard to see these shortcuts on the keys4) This is wishful thinking, but I so wish that there were a track pad built in - I know the tablet has a touchscreen, but when in typing mode, I wish I could just swipe a trackpad. - this in not a flaw or fault of the device, but is wishful thinking.

A crippled keyboard, good portfolio
The best that can be said, it provides good protection for the tablet. The tablet fits well in the top portion of the protector. The keyboard is the WEAK portion. IF it had a touch pad, it would be very good, without, it's, well crippled. The keyboard pairs with the Iconia A1 easily and quickly, so that's not a problem. The keyboard has it's own battery and charges using the standard micro-USB charger. The keyboard is easily removable from the folio and it's position is maintained by magnetic attraction. Would I recommend purchasing this, if you want a protector for your tablet, yes. The device is a little bulky as a protector, but that makes it a good 'body guard' for the tablet. If you want it to make the use of the A1 easier, then I think not. I'm keeping this for this purpose.

Perfect Fit
Whoever designed this case did an excellent job! Not only does it protect my tablet from mechanical and/or environmental damage, it keeps my tablet secure within the case. Most cases hold in gadgets using elastic bands or spring clamps at the corners. This one allows me to slide my tablet into a sleeve that closes at the hinge side with a tucked-in Velcro fastener. All tablet edges are completely protected. There is no way that the tablet can fall out of the case, even if dropped. The Bluetooth keyboard is a nice size and it functions beautifully. It secures itself on the opposite fold of the case with a magnetic back, making it secure, but easily removable for use out of the case. If you want to use your tablet onboard keyboard for some reason, simple turn it off with its power button, fold it back behind the tablet and the internal tablet keyboard pops up for use. The case stand is safe and sturdy to use too. Did I mention that all accessory connection openings, both camera lenses, and the speaker hole line up perfectly too? And this thing closes up like a "clutch." It can't get any better than this folks!

A good start but needs an apostrophe!
I wish I could give 5 stars...but keyboard has no apostrophe and sometimes acts strangely with the browser. When I turn it off, errors go away. For example, a pop up window's X (close window) becomes inoperable until keyboard is disconnected.Without the apostrophe it's simpler to use the tablet's built-in keyboard.

Love it!
I love this keyboard, I have poor eyesight and this keyboard allows me to type with ease. I would recommend it to anyone who has an Acer Iconia. It is so easy to install that I could manage it on my own. Love it, love it!

Good tablet
Bought for hubs for Christmas, he finds no fault with it and connects to the TV with it. He gives it 5 stars. The blue tooth keyboard case I ordered for it works well also and was sturdy and solidly constructed. It's a much better tablet than the 7" Next book that I bought myself before Christmas.

You get what you paid for is my best review for this product!
I have not had this keyboard case a month yet and it is screwed up I don't know what is exactly the problem is except when it is connected to my tablet and you try to type, press a key and it types up like 4 different fonts for one key you press and not even the key you type!

Charging port pulled out!
I purchased this keyboard for my tablet in February of 2014. Two nights ago the whole charging port pulled out when I tried to remove the cord. It cannot be re-inserted to charge the keyboard, now. Within about 10 months of use, it began to lose the charge much sooner. I would NOT recommend this keyboard. It should have lasted more than 19 months!
