Worked great for about 2 weeks. Then the liquid in the dispenser leaked into the battery compartment getting the batteries and terminals all wet causing it to no longer work. Must be a crack or something in the sleeve where the soap was/is. No, the dispenser was never dropped. Just 1 day the liquid was leaking out of the bottom through the battery compartment.I Had to throw it out.

I bought one of these and I liked it so much I bought a second one. However, the second one did not work. I sent an e-mail to the manufacturer for troubleshooting advice and potentially work directly to get the issue resolved. I have not received a response from the manufacturer, so the product is going back. Of course I am only sending back the non-working one. Not certain of how attentive they are with customer issues, so I am tentatively giving two stars. The review may be updated if I here from them. When the product works, it works superbly.

Unit just stops working after a few months. Tried to find a customer service number for the company that makes it, no luck. It must be a knock off or something. Thinking maybe it was something my kids did to break it, i purcahsed another one. SAME HAPPENED! I would NOT recommend this to anyone!!

I highly recommend this dispenser. I have had it for over 2 months now and use it every day. It never leaks or drips. It has the perfect sensitivity. The only downside was I started at the lowest volume setting and had to increase it to the largest volume setting over time because it dispensed less and less. It has reached a constant now though and I'm happy with the amount, if I need more I just stay put and get 2 "pumps." For less than $20 it's a great deal.

It was pretty good when it worked. after 7 months it just died. we tried changing the battery and it worked for about 3 hand washes then died again. I loved the idea of it having it in the kitchen to use when cooking so i didn't get the top all germy when i needed soap. Going to try another brand, I don't advise getting this one!

While aesthetically pleasing, the product stops to function in 2-3 months due to soap seeping into the battery compartment and probably some electronics too. We had 3 of these, and 2 experienced this issue. The seller did not reply to our inquiry regarding the broken product either. Buy at your own risk.

It appears kind of cheaply made, but it works great so far. I had 2 of the B&B ones previously which both died w/in a max of 2 yrs, so I figure if it lasts a year it's a win. Hopefully, it will work for a long while. We shall see.
