Quality at affordable price!
These boots seem to be well made for this type of boot. I haven't used them much yet so am not certain of anything but they appear to be well made and hopefully will last longer than some that have paid more for and that the Velcro straps weren't very good and the foam ripped very quickly. In a category where prices vary widely these appear to be worth the cost so far.

Very comfortable
I needed something soft but protective enough to wear while sleeping and lounging post ankle surgery. I had a hard time sleeping in my walking boot and looked around thinking there has GOT to be an alternative to this big hard thing to keep my foot stable and I found this! It is super thick and very lightweight which was perfect. My only frustration which I am leaving a 3 rating is because the top sides sort of flare out so it kept catching on the top sheet I covered while sleeping. It made it really hard to turn to the side.

Two Stars
Did not meet our needs--too flimsy and not a good fit for larger feet.

Doesn't work for all feet.
Used the Heelift for pressure sores. It worked on the right foot where the circulation was good in that leg; but on the left foot it did not protect the heel and the calf of the leg. Never had a sore on the calf before. The boot rubbed in the wrong places. Even put socks on to protect from irritation from the foam.

I don't know what I would do without the Heelift ...
I don't know what I would do without the Heelift. I've used them for over 10 years. Obviously that is about 10 orders, but they do hold up well. If you have bone spurs on your heals you definately need these.

Created secondary pressure sore on back of leg.
Created a pressure sore on back of leg because if of the wedge. It was good at keeping the weight of the sore on the back of the heal though. Also it was a little bulky. We are trying an air boot now that is lighter weight, lower profile so leg is less elevated and waffle smooth on back of leg. It seems to be working better.
